Baking with this Honey is a real treat. Try it in a honey cake, you won’t bee disappointed. It is a game changer as an ingredient in a glaze for fish, poultry, or other game. Try making a concentrate of hibiscus tea, and use gallberry honey to sweeten to taste, and top off with seltzer, club, or sparkling water to bring a smile to your face.
