This spreadable Honey, is Creamy, complex in flavor, sweet, and melts in your mouth.

We are amazed, at how our Bees are sustained on a balance of Proteins, Lipids, and Enzymes from Plant Pollens. Diverse Pollens provide a complete amino acid profile, which is important to their, and our health. Fresh Pollen, also known as Bee Bread, is gently collected from the bees when they have a surplus. We never take too much! Pollen is collected by the bees from flowers. When they return to the hive, they deposit it in cells, after it is mixed with nectar, and it is then stable, and regulated by the bees until they need to consume it. A little of this special Pollen, creates a complex floral symphony in your mouth. Royal Jelly, could easily be described as “Bee Milk”. It is fed to young larvae, throughout their development. Secreted by nurse bees, it contains RNA/DNA and other nutrients. It is regarded by many as an “Anti Aging” substance.

Our favorite way to enjoy this honey, is straight off the spoon! Or incorporated into a Honey or Nut Butter on some amazing toast.
